Jill Houlihan

2026 Northern Indiana Chapter Chair


Jill is a Customer Design Technician Principle @ Indiana Michigan Power. She has worked for the company for over 40 years and has held a variety of positions, including a Co-op Engineer, Relay Engineer in Station Dept., Commercial/Industrial Accounts Customer Services Rep, Demand-Side Management Coordinator & Supervisor, & Customer Design Tech.


Jill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Technology from Purdue University. She is active in her local Northern Indiana Chapter and has been a member for over 15 years. Jill has held several positions on the Chapter Executive Committee including vice-chair, chair, & past chair plus various chapter committee positions.

Lynn Adamson

2026 Northern Indiana Chapter Co-Vice Chair


Lynn works in Customer Service Support for American Electric Power and has been with the company for 32 years. During that time, she has held roles as a marketing and customer service representative, call center agent, call center trainer, energy efficiency analyst, and now in her current position. One of the aspects she enjoys most about her role is supporting employees across all seven of AEP’s operating companies.


Lynn has a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University. She has been a WiNUP member for over 15 years and has held several chapter offices including secretary, treasurer, vice chair, and chair. She has also been a member of the following WiNUP International Committees – Scholarship, Newsletter, and Finance. She chaired the Scholarship committee for several years.


Carmon Swinson-Lake

2026 Northern Indiana Chapter Co-Vice Chair



Carmon is the Credit Policy & Payment Administration (CPPA) Manager. With 38 years of experience at the company, she has held various positions, including Account Maintenance Supervisor, Office Supervisor, Billing and Account Operations Supervisor, Customer Operations Center Supervisor, and I&M Customer Service Supervisor.

 

Carmon holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from Ball State University. She previously served as the chapter’s International Board Representative and after a hiatus for several years, she rejoined WiNUP in 2024. Carmon is actively engaged in the Fort Wayne community; she is a member of various committees and has served on multiple community boards.

Rebeca Felipe

2026 Northern Indiana Chapter Secretary



Rebeca Felipe serves as a Planned Outage Coordinator in Customer Services and has been an active WiNUP member since 2023. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management at Rasmussen University. Rebeca stepped in as interim Secretary when the previous secretary transitioned to a new role. In addition to her leadership duties, she contributes to the WiNUP quarterly newsletter and supports efforts to grow membership within her chapter.

Aileena Dunnuck

2026 Northern Indiana Chapter Treasurer



Aileena is a Customer Design Technician at Indiana Michigan Power out of the South Bend Service Center. She has been in her current role for 3 years and is currently involved with the I&M Employee Club and acting Wellness Champion for 2026. She has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-South Bend and is a member of the Publicity WiNUP International Committee. She enjoys being involved in the community by volunteering and in her free time she likes staying active by mountain biking and horseback riding.

 

Kara Stevenson

2026 Northern Indiana International Board Representative



Kara has worked in the marketing and communication field for ten years, including time working in athletics and healthcare before joining I&M. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in sport management/communication from Manchester University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing from Indiana Tech. Kara is very active in the community, serving as a volunteer and member of various boards and committees.
