Bridget McNeill

2026 North Texas Chapter Chair

Bridget McNeill recently retired from Oncor Electric Delivery after 46 years! Her last role was a Customer Engagement Senior Business Analyst. During her Oncor career, Bridget held numerous positions, which includes being the first female meter reader for Texas Power & Light! She is a Subject Matter Expert in resolution for complaints that may originate with the customer or the customer's agent (attorney, contract or sales administrator, aggregator, etc.) and third-party vendors (PUC, BBB, Attorney General's Office). She was involved in the set up and implementation of processes, procedures and systems utilized by Oncor Customer Relations for tracking and reporting customer issues and other work performed by the team.

Michelle Kelly

2026 North Texas Chapter Vice Chair

Michelle has spent 39 years working with Oncor, where she currently serves as a Senior Account Manager. She specializes in managing large commercial and industrial accounts, bringing experience and a strong commitment to customer success.

Sabrina Easley

2026 North Texas Chapter Secretary

Sabrina has been a member of the North Texas Chapter of WiNUP since 2024 and active in helping to make all of the chapter events fun! Sabrina is an Area Manager (Customer Service Executive) for Oncor Electric Delivery.

Joshlyn Davis

2026 North Texas Chapter Treasurer

Joshlyn joined WiNUP North Texas in 2024, hit the ground running, and quickly became an impactful member. She has been busy organizing events, showing up consistently when a hand is needed and spreading the word to recruit new members wherever her job takes her!

Joshlyn Davis serves as an Area Manager (Customer Service Executive) for Oncor Electric Delivery.

In her free time, Joshlyn is a photographer, health/fitness influencer and all-around powerhouse!

Melenda Meazle

2026 North Texas Chapter International Board Representative

Melenda Meazle is a Market Consultant with Oncor Electric Delivery. Over the past 10+ years, Melenda held previous roles within Oncor’s Measurement, Customer Engagement and Transmission organizations.

Melenda has over 20 years of Customer Service and Technology experience in the medical field. Following her graduation from University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Information Systems with a focus on Big Data (a company's second most valuable asset - PEOPLE are obviously #1), she and her family moved to Dallas, TX.

Melenda spends her time outside of work with her large yet close-knit family. She enjoys giving back to her community, mentoring, traveling, reading (mostly audio books these days), watching tennis and football, and adventuring at local and state parks.
